  • Form W-4 Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate – Employees are to complete the IRS form W-4 in order to allow their employers to withhold the right federal income tax from their salary.
  • Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement – Every employer must file this form to the IRS for every employee they paid compensation to and withheld taxes from.
